Resolved 2x iPhone 6 handsets with dead front cameras and earpieces

Hi there, I've got a couple of iPhone 6 units and they both suffer from the same problem: their front cameras and earpiece speakers are inoperative. Would I be correct in concluding that purchasing this item will correct the issue because the flex cables will be replaced?

If that's the case, I'll go ahead and order a pair of cables because they're fairly inexpensive.

Update: I bought a couple of front sensor/front camera cables and this fixed the problem. Hopefully this will be of help to others who experience this problem.
