I'm on 3.0 using ultrasnow and Tmobile.

Can I upgrade to 3.01 and continue with Tmobile? Is the upgrade worth it?

part 1 yes

part 2 yes to tmobile you will 3.0.1 is a MMS patch nothing more if this concerns you then yes the update is worth it. imo stick with 3.0 till thew 3.1 jb comes out there are a ton of threads on this do a search to get more info.
