3.0 and turbo sim... Talk to me

I have been reading mixed info. One minute I'm thinking my turbo sim is gonna work with 3.0 the next minute I'm depressed because of some blog I'm reading telling me the new bb is not compatible. Someone give it to me straight man. What's the deal? I'm on tmobile.... Am I gonna be ok or am I gonna be hanging on to every post from the dev team like the majority.....
