3.0 no Jailbreak. 3.1 Jailbreakable?

I had a 3gs 3.0. While trying to jailbreak. I had to restore. by accident i restored to 3.1. is my iphone jailbreakable. I read that stock 3.1 Out of the box is not.

this phone has never been jailbroken. but it has had 3.0 on it.

For now, you cannot JB it, but it seems the tools to JB a 3GS on official 3.1 will be released soon, perhaps this week.
