Ok, after installing the GM update, I noticed that the apps I have didnt transfer over even after the backup was restored. So i had to resync my apps.

Issue 1
1- All my settings for my app were reset. If you are using any money mangement software like pennies, etc , i lost my history from it. My bloomberg stock app, lost all my stock symbols i had.Not even going to go to talk about flightcontrol or peggle which were all reset. Not sure why
So great!

Issue 2,
2 - My iphone seems a bit sluggish when opening apps. Somethings its a bit jumpy from one screen to another. Also, I had to hard reset my iphone 3 -5 times in the last few days hoping it will get kinks out. Maybe the apps need to be updated? not sure.

Issue 3 ,
Im getting a weird screen of black for Mail. Example, i turned on iphone and went to mail, tried the search function in an inbox and then went back to other accounts and my screen went black with just the top and bottom graphic of the mail. I had to press home for the longest time.weird bug maybe?

It seems some apps are bit sluggish and all my apps were not even updated yet to the 3.0. Hopefully that might help. Sometimes, after clicking the apps ive to click few times to actually get it going.

The worse app is palringo that needs a new update since typing sucks now it.
anyone have any issues please post.

I restored from a backup and didn't lose any settings at all. If you set it up as a new phone then that's what happens, a backup stores all your app settings in the database.

How'd you obtain this update already? I thought it wasn't being released until tomorrow.

lmao How'd you get to be so annoying and spam every 3.0 thread with your idiocy?

I haven't updated to 3.0 yet for this very reason, I'm hoping any initial glitches can be updated sooner rather than later and I think we will be seeing lots of updates for various apps that aren't responding well on 3.0
I could be wrong though, there may be no issues. I'd still rather wait.

Yeah I would not download 3.0. If you look at the past Apple updates like 2.0. We should learn by now that when a new OS comes out. DONT DOWNLOAD IT. Just wait until the first or second update for 3.0 comes out. You will be more satisfied and worth the wait

I didn't lose anything. I restored, didn't set up as a new phone, and everything was as I left it, just better.

I restored too and not as a new phone. I will just do another restore and see if that works again. the update was from what the Devs got this past week.same seed being released today.
