3.0 upgrade

Hi

I have a 3g phone that is jailbroken but not unlocked, when 3.0 comes out if I upgrade will this reverse the jailbreak ?

If so should I wait for the Dev Team to issue an update ?

I want to stay JB as I am hoping a software unlock will come out as I want to use VF.

I will only get the new one if they launch it on VF so trying to make the best of this one.

The jailbreak will be removed, just like with any normal iPod/iPhone update

Yes, the jailbreak is lost.. and the baseband is upgraded potentially preventing any software unlock in the future.

Wait for Dev Team and pwnage.

Right, but if you dont care about unlocking, can you update anyways and be safe in the future to JAILBREAK?
