Yea, AT&T has to go into each iPhone account and remove the MMS block. The red exclamation point means yours hasn't been unblocked yet.

Turn off your wifi and it should work. Got to page 24 on try your mms on the iPhone forum and enter those settings. Mine wouldn work if i had wifi on but the settings fixed it. Also go to AT&T.com and check your messaging plan if your on the iPhone plan then change it.

i tried mostly without wifi. I did the carrier install to other Iphones and worked great. Their At&T accounts where old, maybe ATT is opting out their older accounts? Literally three other iphones worked with the same thing i did to mine. Thanks for the replies.
