Care to hold for a sec. Some people have yet to download the .ipsw from Apple. It looks like it's painfully slow to download.

-App Store Genius
-Genius Mixes
-Remotely lock iPhone with a passcode via MobileMe
-Option to use Home button to turn on accessibility features on iPhone 3GS

Of course there will be a difference!!

It's been well over a month since Beta 3 release, I doubt the engineers over at Apple haven't been sitting on their hands for the last month getting paid big bucks.
