I'm keep getting a 3/16 inch border on each end of the 4x6 prints. I have the margin set to 0.00 in iPhoto. What am I doing wrong?

It's an EPSON Picture-Mate. I might also mention that 'Crop' is grayed out in iPhoto. And I think I have to crop the photo to remove the borders, right?

Be sure you have the same printer driver selected in the Page Set up box as well as the Print Dialog box. Don't know about the Picture Mate, but with the R800 you select the border-less driver for the 4x6.
If you have a DSLR the 4x6 should work fine as "most" are 3:2, if you have a P&S the it's format will be 4:3 and you will have to crop. Not sure why the crop tool in dimmed out?
