3 drives in iMac 2011 21,5" possible?

Got a 21,5" iMac 2011 where the seller removed the HDD (for data protection) but I insisted to get the frame.

Is there a possibility to install a HDD and SSD but also leave the DVD-ROM in place? Just like in the 27" model.

Remove the logic board and check if there are 3 SATA ports. If there are, then yes, it would be easy.
If there are not, then yes, but you're gonna loose the internal wifi.
