Hi from a new user / visitor to this site.

So I have a line on a Macintosh Classic, Macintosh Quadra 700 & Power Macintosh PowerPC (see pic).

If I get them, what should I expect? Believe they will all be in working order. Is there much demand/interest for 90s units out there? Will the latter 2 connect to a modern monitor or only CRT? Any other tips or comments?

Only ever had PC's back from the 80s onwards (except C64 and consoles) – so only old mac experience I recall is 80s at school... Cheers.

Quadra 700: That's the big ticket one. That is a highly sought after model. I'm guessing because of Jurassic Park. Otherwise there isn't anything that special about it. One of those with a case in good condition and working can bring in $500 or more. Stuff like being refurbished with new caps or having rare upgrade cards can boost that value a lot.

If you don't know what you are doing. I would pay someone to recap the motherboard and PSU. Then install a SCSI2SD v.6 for the boot drive. It's worth the premium work and premium SD adapter. To get the most out of it.

Power Mac: Not a particularly popular model. If it's working fine it'll get something but not much. Particularly good case condition can help.

Macintosh Classic: Not particularly valuable. If it is recapped, retrobrited and immaculate. It can go over $300. Non restored but working might get around $100. There were just a ton of these sold. So, they aren't as rare as older models with a similar design.
