1. The specs just say USB Type-C. Does anyone know if it's USB 2.0, 3.0 etc?

2. How fast is the data transfer speed?

3. How much RAM does it have?

2.0 according to GSM arena. The Air 5 has Gen 3.1.

I don't believe it for a single second. The probably just copied from iPad 9 since they have no actual info. It will be at least 5GB/s speed (that is USB 3.2 gen 1, with 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2 being just a rebranding of the same thing, the difference in speed depends on the generation)

Yeah Kim, I checked out GSMArena before posting my question and was wondering why it would be only 2.0

It's likely USB3 speed same as the A14 Air 4.

Do note that the cable Apple ships with their iPads only does USB2. You'll need to buy your own USB3 cable.

Well unfortunately we have confirmation, Max Tech tested it, it's indeed USB 2.0... that's so disappointing... Apple gimped the USB C port on purpose...
