iPod 30GB iPod Movie: Battery Issue, Down to <8 Hours Use. Warranty?

I picked up my 30GB just a few months ago/May and the Battery is down to less than 8 hours use (about an hour using Movies).

Will Apple take care of this/replace or some type of Warranty? Apple Store is 40 minutes drive.

apple will definitely take care of this for you, i got mine in may too and am still getting 6 hours for movies, just go to your nearest apple store and when you get there make a reservation for the Genius/iPod bar using one of that Mac's in the store, or alternatively go http://www.apple.com/retail/ then navigate to your local stores 'concierge' page and make a reservation before you leave home. hopefully a friendly genius will assist when you get there
