320 vs. 500 iMac HDD - same cache?

I searched here, Apple's site, and the user manual, but can't find any notes about differences in Apple's hard drives for the current iMac. Wondering if the 320GB and 500GB have the same or different cache -- e.g., 8MB or 16MB?
