3D Floor Plan rendering app request.

I am looking for an IOS app (iphone/ipad) that I can create or import/scan 3d floorpans for a house I am having built.

I would like to render the floorplan in 3d, and put furniture in it also.
Does anyone have any first hand experiences with apps that will do this? Thanks

The Ikea app lets you do that I think.
