Wow!!! I just tried out that launcher and its insane!!! It does have alot of effects so it may use a little bit more battery, the best way to find out is to try it yourself.
Yeah, I said what the heck and bought it. I had a good night stripping at the old folks' home. Took a long time roll the change to get $15 but it was worth it.

It is a great launcher to show off what Android can do, that's for sure. Glad i saw this thread or i may have never uncovered that little gem

Well after using this launcher for a whole charge i can confirm it chews battery bigtime compared to Nova. Still looks great though.
