3D rendering software.

Here's my dilemma...
I have a stack of 30 images that have been taken of a cell.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any freeware that is available that could take my stack of images and create a 3D model.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

how are the images taken for starters, are they set around a centre pivot or just random photos.

And its unlikely that theres a free option (I doubt blender will cover this)
