3D Touch shortcuts not working?

Anyone else having issues with the 3DT shortcuts for Phone and Contacts? The picture row of favourites is not clickable. The text links work fine (add new contact, view most recent call etc.) but the quick dial links are just dead for me in PB4. Worked fine up to now

iPhone 6s, PB 4- I found that if you have favorites enabled in the widget section, using 3D Touch on the phone icon works (3D touch the phone icon, then touch a favorite and it calls them). If I disable favorites in the widget section, this 3D Touch shortcut does not work.
I'm not sure if this is true for everyone, but that's the way it works for me. I found that out by accident.
