3d Touch Stopped Working!

I received my 512GB XS MAX (AT&T) yesterday and after setting it up from a backup and using it for about 5 hours, the 3d Touch stopped working. I tried restarting the phone, force restarting and even resetting the settings to no avail! Turning the 3d Touch off and back on does nothing other than indicate that it is on. I have an appointment at the Apple Store this weekend.

Has anybody else experienced this problem?

Did you get from at&t or apple just return for a brand new sealed don’t risk a replacement there not the same as a new one.
