(3G)Crack appears on the plastic housing then a mystery rattle is heard when shaked

Can i take it back and get a new one, to o2 or apple? had it a year now

crack is vertical on the plastic housing where the charger plug in is

Do you have applecare on it? You only get a single year warranty (at least you do here in the US). I'd take it to an apple store and see what they say. I'm not sure it they're repair/replace since its out of warranty.

Isnt there a year still free repair, yeh i may do that
