3G Down (Washington DC/NoVA)?

I cant get any service on with 3G on, full bars with on the EDGE network though. Anyone else having issues?

Both iPhones in my house are doing this

On the phone with AT&T now but you all know how that is, its switching me to GPRS now (little o), trying to get them to verify! On a side note, she said they are rolling out updates for MMS in very early September, not that it means much.
