3G internet access in Philly

Is anyone else having issues accessing the internet through 3G in the Philly area? I've never had issues with access before today but since around 7:30 this morning, I've not had any access to the web via 3G. I keep timing out in the Mail app and the browser keeps returning an "unable to access" error.

Anyone else suffering or is it just me? Thanks!
