3G iPhone Likely Unlockable Within Week?

I put my iPhone v1 up on eBay for a week. Just want to make sure that I'll be able to use my new 3G iPhone before I have to ship the old iPhone to the buyer....? (I'm on T-Mobile)

I know the dev team has done it w/ 2.0, but I'm talking a release to us, the public...

they /say/ it's already been unlocked. . .just waiting on the code to be released now.

i think it will be released by the end of the weekend though
