i was wondering if can i upgrade my Firmware 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 get jailbroken and unlocked to all networks is it possible

any help appreciated

If you upgrade to Apple firmware 3.1.3 you will lose your unlock.
You can upgrade to pwned custom 3.1.3 created by pwnage tool so you can preserve your baseband and your unlock.
