Hey there...

Been lurking around here for quite a few months absorbing the culture and getting some good advice on odd questions. Now it's time for a question that nobody has seem to have asked...

Does anyone know if accessories that work with the 3rd generation iPods (the ones with the 4 buttons above the touch wheel) will work with the iPod Classic, Touch, or current Nano?

Specifically, I'm thinking of the dock, Firewire cable, Firewire/USB combo cable and a Belkin car kit that charges the iPod while also letting you play music, both through the dock connector.

Everything I can find about compatibility talks about the 4th gen (click wheel) and beyond.

Thanks in advance.
