3g Jailbreak 2.1 problems

Anyone having any problems with the 2.1? Maybe someone can help me with mine. I followed the step by step guide offered by Dev Team.

Ive completed the process, it is fully complete and for about 2 hours it was working great...however now i dont have axs to the phone functions of my handset, ill click phone and it will bring me to keypad, i cant select any of the options and after about 5 seconds it just goes back to home menu...any suggestions? I can still call directly out of the contacts app, however it will dial and not let me axs the keypad or phone functions...any help asap would be appreciated!!!!!!

Did you install any kind of custom theme? What apps have you installed thus far (both official and unofficial)?

did you make sure when you press phone that there is a row of icons at the bottom and dependingw here you left it off as it will stay there,

i think there is a total of five,

favorites, recents, contacts, keypad and voicemail.

Also what themes did you install maybe someone has a botched theme that was properly upgraded for the new winterboard? Because i know winterboard updated so it works on 2.1 but as far as the themes go i havent heard if its backward compatible?>

Sorry for gettin back to you guys so late but thanks for the quick reply. It ended it up being Kate, the first app i would always download. When i unistalled Kate everything worked fine!!!
