Anyone noticed since the last update the 3G going a bit funny, it constantly hangs, And ite like trying to reconnect again. I am in the same spot, not moving and the signal just comes and goes a lot, whe a month ago it was stable.

No, I have not noticed any problems with 3G reception on my iPad since the last update.
Perhaps you should try the "Reset Network Settings" option to see if that helps. If not, do a full Restore of your iPad. If that fails, I think a trip to see an Apple Genius is in order.
Yep, assuming you're on AT&T I too would suggest resetting your connection settings at least.
AT&T is notorious in my area for spotty service even tho we are in an area where it should not be.
It's the primary reason I decided against the 3G model iPad...
