3g Unrestrictor and Slingmedia Mobile

These two worked perfectly for me on my JB 3G on 3.1.2 until a couple of days ago. I think the recent 2.0 version of 3g Unrestrictor messed it up. Tried the new 2.0.1 version also without success. In searching around the boards, it doesn't seem to be a common problem.

Has this happened to anyone else?

anyone know who to get the old 1.0.7 3G Unrestrictor version. The only one available on Cydia is the newer version.

Works fine here with the latest 3G unrestrictor.
Check out to see if your slingbox needs to be updated to the latest software. Mine wouldnt connect either and found out there was an update for Sling. Does it work over wifi?
Did you try uninstalling both the slingapp and the 3Gunrestrictor and reinstalling them again?

Yeah, it works fine over wifi and also I'm getting the "Slingmedia only streams over wifi..." error so I'm pretty sure it's the 3g Unrestrictor that's the culprit. I did uninstall and reinstall 3g Unrestrictor but that didn't do anything. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling the sling app as you suggest and see what happens. Should I do this in any particular order? install sling app first or 3g Unrest. first?

Yes I'd get rid of them both, then install sling and restart.
Then the 3gunrestrictor and see how it goes. Unrestrick the sling app and then hit another respring or restart. Seems like the 3gunrestrictor is not picking it up for some reason. Try to remove and readd the unrestriction to the sling app a few time if it's still not working.

I did beta testing on this latest and the previous version, and found no issues at all. I don't think it's 3G U!
