Carrier 3G Unrestrictor iOS 8 issues AT&T FaceTime

AT&T does not restrict Facetime over cellular anymore.
As for Youtube, I recommend you download the tweak "Youtube No Ads/HQ3G"
It blocks ads and allows you play HD videos through cellular, essentialy the same thing as 3G Unrestrictor for Youtube.
I'm sure 3G Unrestrictor will get updated soon but in the meantime I recommend you go with the solution above^.
It says my AT&T plan is not eligible if I try to enable facetime over cellular. I have the old dataPro 3GB plan ($30.00 /mo + $10.00 per GB overage). Maybe AT&T backtracked on this? That article is from 2013.
AT&T allows FaceTime over carrier data on all their plans for years now.

Agreed this hasn't been blocked my AT&T for quite awhile now. I've also never heard of any restrictions placed on Youtube. Is this something new?
^^I'd definitely try giving them a call. It's not right of them to block you from Facetime.
Concerning the tweak, I'm sure it'll get updated to work properly pretty soon.
