3g?

I want a 3g version.
Guidelines as to size to order.
I have an iPhone. What does the 3gs or what will it cost for the data plan.
Does it get billed with my iPhone or separately ?
Can I pay bills on line w the iPad ?
If so can I print to a PDF and email to my mac for printing
does it sync w mobile me so my emails will be the same on
my mac, iPhone and ipad??

The iPad 3G subscription is separate from the iPhone and is either $15 or $30 a month, no contract. Price is the same, iPhone or not.
