3Gs (3.1 restore to 3.0.1 then Jailbreak)?

Okay, I screwed up. I updated to 3.1 because I really didn't have a need to jailbreak the iPhone. But now i'm interested in the Sling Media and using the 3Gs Unrestricted but I have to jailbreak the iPhone..

So is it possible to restore back to 3.0.1 and then jailbreak? I really do not have a need to Unlock, just jailbreak (I say that now, right)???

Unless your 3.0 or 3.0.1 ECID info is saved to Cydia, then unfortunately, no, it's not possible for you to downgrade back..

No JB tool for the 3GS on official 3.1 yet. Perhaps soon.
