3GS blocked while upgrading the OS 5

Hi!

I have tried to upgrade to the OS5, but while installing my Iphone got stuck at the stage "restore in progress" for more than an hour without moving. I unplugged it so now I have to restore it, and it stopped at the same stage again "restore in progress". I don't know what to do, any help?

Make sure your computer software is up to date.
Re-install iTunes 10.5.
Re-boot your computer.
Connect your iPhone then restore and update it.

Still not working...Now it gets blocked a bit further, but still get stuck and does not move
I should'nt have tried to upgrade!!
