iPhone 3gs bricked

I had 5.1.1 jailbroken installed on my 3gs until it started to restart itself randomly. Before I could have update firmware it first went into recovery mode then just dfu which I cannot get it out of. Itunes refuses to update witherrors like 1600 though I'm trying it with pwned dfu. When I'm trying with redsnow with 4.1 it just freezes at waiting for iphone, once it went as far as waiting for nan. With 5.1.1( which blobs are saved) and 6.0.1 it gives an error of like wrong kernelcache or I dont remember and like mismatch apticket. I have no idea how to get it out of this status. Is there some program I could use? I remember using "too much" pwned dfu could "overload" something I dont remember but there was a feature of a program that cleared the nand chip? Shall I try to use irecovery? It loads but exits. Any ideas?
