3GS changing icons

My new Iphone 3GS is acting a little weird when I installed some application. It changes the icon to an existing application. See attached screen-shot. I am planing to visit an Apple store and see what they say.
Is anyone outthere having similar problem? The first application on this screen shot is suppose to be "Distant Suns", if I click the icon the application works, but as can be seen, the icon is the midomi application, which by the way is working just fine. Also, the icons dimmed. This happens after I reboot the phone.

This is a known bug, there are quite a few threads on it. Everyone is wording it different so it is hard to do a search for it LOL.

I had the problem myself on 32GB 3GS white. I did a restore and it has not happened again although I hear it can re occur.

Instead of restoring you can uncheck to sync your apps in itunes then sync to delete them all. Then re check and re sync to put them back on.
