3GS-EEK! SCREEN has GIANT icons!! ????

Wow, all of a sudden my 3GS now has HUGE fonts and icons! I can't scroll either to get around. I have done a reset 3 times, and FULL restore as well. Nothing started it as far as I can tell. Just turned that way after a phone call...
If I plug it into my dock it starts playing music, and I can double tap the home button to get the song navigation bar (also GIANT), so it's not locked up or anything. I can even long press the home button and do the voice dial...
ANY ideas????

Figured it out!
I accidentally tapped three times on the screen with three fingers while setting up for a picture and it fixed it (truth be told I was frustrated that I couldn't get it to scroll and was more or less pounding on it - LOL)!
Must be some zoom thing.
