iPhone 3gs iphone won't restore, help please.

I jailbroke my iphone 3gs new bootrom 5.16 bb but I have the no service/signal and can't find a way to fix it so I want to restore my phone but every time I try it goes " the device isn't eligible for requested build " I tried using a ipsw for 5.1.1 and selected that when restoring but it still won't work and I get the same message. What can I do to fix this?

Ultrasn0w doesn't work for yourbaseband.
You host file needs to point at Apple, not Cydia
Restoring won't change baseband.

Go here, check serial number first before trying this

I'm not worried about jailbreaking it anymore, I just really want to restore it.
