3GS Jailbreaking - Bricking possibility?

Is it just like a 3G jailbreak? IE if something goes wrong, restore?

Is it updatable through iTunes just like 3G jailbreak?

Can it be restored, or have firmware updated (with new official firmware) through iTunes without bricking, just like a jailbroken 3G?

As a side note, purplera1n, no more need for creating images and ipw? Soooo much easier/quicker. Is this the best way to jailbreak 3G S?
