iPhone 3GS on 4.1 bb 6.15 stuck on DFU

Hi, i have tried to downgrade bb but endup in recovery mode so, tried to restore but fail. And tried to restore using enter DFU IPSW. and now the screen is black.
Redsnow and TU recognise it but cannot fix recovery. even tried to jb and also failed.

this might be a complicated issue with this few details.

just wanted some info no action taken. only following your instructions
