3GS or wait until July?

Didn't I just see a similar thread like this a few days ago.. *L* If you need a phone now get it now. If not then wait it out.
I'm getting a 3G S now! But I have another line that I can upgrade on 3/10/2010 so I can use that line to hopefully get the new iPhone in July. 
If you need a phone now get a 3G S, if the phone you have now is cool and you can wait I would wait.

Guess it depends on what u need the phone for, if u need a better camera or 64 gigs of hard drive space then wait, if u just want to use it as a phone with an iPod and Internet, I'm sure a 3gs wil do wonders
A 4G is probably not until 2011 since AT&T has just stared on the network. The next generation (G4) will likely be a big improvement on processing power over the current G3 (3GS).

There is nothing really more to be said then this for the next 1000 should I buy now or wait threads. That will show up between now and jun/July. I vote this for a sticky.

I agree, let's just make one of these a sticky with the pros and cons of waiting. No need to clutter up the board with 1000 of these should I buy now or wait.
It is really a matter of personal preference. If you do not have an iPhone and want one really bad, cannot wait and will not be mad when a new and improved version comes out this summer then get it now.
If you have an iPhone (2G or 3G) then wait it out, even if that means you have to buy some cheap used phone to get buy for a while because you just broke your current iPhone.
I have a 3G that works great so I'm going to wait and skip the 3GS.
Of course for those of you that have a ton of disposable income and do not care about getting a subsidy on the iPhone then just buy whenever you want.
Edit: Actually someone should put together a Mac Guide and put this topic above the sticky posts...

I was referring to the 4th generation, not the 4G technology, but I can see why you thought you needed to clarify.
