3GS - Reset Network Setting = Fail

Hello. I am hoping for some help here. When I go to "Reset Network Setting" my phone goes into the Apple Logo Loop Death.... Any ideas? Does it do that because I am jailbroken? Any ideas is much appreciated. Thanks!

I had same problem once. Only option is to restore!

Been there, done that. Still have same issue. Seems like it just started as well.
