iPhone 3gunrestrictor for FaceTime question.

Hello,
I have a jailbroken iPhone 5 with AT&T. I downloaded 3gunrestrictor from cydia. My question is can I use 3gunrestrictor with my iPhone 5 to make FaceTime calls over 3G, edge, lte etc.

I can't seem to figure this out in settings and can't make a FaceTime call without using wifi.

3g unrestrict works great for me
