3in1 Charger Issue

Hi,

I hope it’s ok that I posted this in both iPhone and Apple Watch accessorises sections as it works on both.

I bought a charger online and I’m not sure if it’s defective or if there’s something I can do. It’s suppose to charge 2 phones wirelessly and 1 watch. Since I bought it the watch sections light is showing as red and doesn’t charge but both phone areas work fine together.

I’m not sure if it’s defective or if it has something to do with the cable and adapter since it’s a US plug in a travel adapter which was supplied with it. I’ve contacted the company but haven’t received a response.

I've bought a few of these multi-chargers off Amazon. So far none of them work. Either the device doesn't charge at all, or starts charging then stops after a few minutes. I wouldn't be surprised if it's just defective. I've returned all the ones I've bought.

I’ve emailed the company 3 times without receiving a reply which is really frustrating. I bought directly from this company instead of Amazon and I heard of the company from another tech news website which is constantly sharing stories about their products.(I’m not sure if I can mention either site?)

If I don’t hear back by the end of this week I’m going to try get PayPal to process a refund

That’s disappointing.

I was hoping that the AC/DC adapter was the issue and that if I replaced this then maybe the charger would work better. I just noticed the description says that this charger is compatible with Quick Charge 3.0... would it not need to have a USB adapter for this to be true?
