How can I get rid of it? I didn't uncheck box for some dumb reason. Thx.
 
You can un-install it in Cydia.

If you have trouble seeing it, use Icleaner, check all the Cydia options. BEFORE updating Cydia, quickly of to Installed Packages. You should see it,a long with the untether.
