iPod 3rd gen/4th gen nano same screen size?

I was going to buy a screen protector and the cheaper ones are for the 4G. If you turn the 4th gen screen to the side will it be the same size as the 3G?
 
Never mind im going to get a BSE for my nano..... thanks.

BTW it is the same size.
