Hey guys i posted a thread yesterday with no replies I am hoping I can get some more advice. Ive just had my third replacement macbook sent out to me and it has scratches all over the surface like the previous replacement. I do want the macbook heck I was using windows before this but the scractches on the cover are obscene under lighting. Ive already sent an e-mail to sjobs@apple.com regarding what has gone on and had a nice executive contact me to apologise who then sent out this replacement macbook. I am just wondering where I go from here. Obviously I am taking time out from work to wait for deliveries and returns of the items as I bought them from the online store. Do they have some sort of compensation policy at all? Any advice would be gladly welcomed.
