3rd party app that shows app battery usage?

iOS is supposed to have that functionality but it doesn't work for me.. Need an app that can replace that function.

Nope. Not on my iPhone or my iPad.

Are you on iOS 9 because it's in settings > battery then tap the little clock to bring the times up.
