I guess this is one of those things that we could not test before browsers shipped this support but:

DuckDuckGo shipped support to change default browser in iOS 14 like 2 days ago, which is when I set it as default on my phone. Today, there was another update to DuckDuckGo in the app store. Then, I noticed that after that update was done, Safari was again the default browser on my phone?

Wut? 😒

I’ve now had to set Chrome as default several different times as it keeps getting reset back to Safari every day or two. This might explain why.
