I found an FTP client, that also can access iCloud and GDrive. However it won't allow creating folders etc in iCloud. It will only allow browsing of it.

The native iCloud app does allow creation of new folders (and apps are starting to allow to save to any location you want - saving having multiples of the same file in different apps). So I would assume third party apps could also create folders etc?

Anyway I am looking for a good FTP / Cloud File Management app that allows creation of folders / moving files / etc. if anyone knows any??

Check out FileBrowser to see if it satisfies your needs. You can access/create folders in iCloud but they are underneath the top-level folder "FileBrowser". Not sure that any file manager app allows you to create and manage folders at iCloud's top level (an Apple access control). I can access both iCloud and my Google Drive storage (plus Dropbox, OneDrive, and devices on my network) with FileBrowser.
