Arriving back home this evening from a trip and looking forward to unboxing my new series 3.

Can someone please advise if 3rd party app notifications are being received on the watch while on LTE away from phone ?

Gmail , Facebook , WhatsApp, CNN, CNBC etc.

Appreciate it.

I saw a Facebook messenger pop up while I was on LTE yesterday, and I was able to reply to it. I’m not sure if the individual apps have to implement this or if all native apps that use the internet will just work (I suspect the latter)

WhatsApp is working on LTE, wondering about this because of absence of native WhatsApp-App.

Apple catch the message on the iPhone, obviously, and send this one through their network to AppleWatch? Maybe this is the solution...
