For those who are previewing 4.0 and syncing with exchange, can anyone tell me if some of my pet peeves with 3.x have been addressed:

-Offline queuing -- e.g., in 3.x, if we deleted an email and there was no connection, it would pop back into the email box and say cannot delete
-Calendar: Has this been made any more intuitive (e.g., swipe to change date, touch a time slot to add an appointment, etc)

Thanks - appreciate the insight.

Sadly, nope and nope.

Unified inbox is great, threading is great, accepting 'all' or 'just this one' recurring calendar appointment is nice.

The OS 4.0 to Exchange 2007 syncing is buggy as all get out at this point. You often have to accept or decline a particular appointment dozens of times before it sticks.

wow, that really bites. I can't believe that Apple would leave out so much functionality that Blackberry has. While this doesn't cede the enterprise market, it's got to put quite a dent in it.

I do appreciate the response. Saved my firm a large outlay on the iPads, unfortunately.
